It’s 4:04 in the morning. For nearly the entire week I’ve been preparing for Renegade. I’ve been skipping classes. I’ve been sleeping for 4 hours a night. I’ve been eating sporadically. I’ve basically ignored friends/family/Chelsea (sorry!) and most of my e-mails (sorry also!). I’ve been spending way too much money. I’ve been inhaling spray paint (about 7 cans) - not because I want to, but because I’ve been making awesome signs/displays for my Renegade booth. I’ll post some photos of my Renegade setup when I get a chance - it’s spectacular, if I may say so myself, and very indie/DIY.
Why do I always seem to wait till the last minute? I think I work well under pressure. Scratch that. I think I work BEST under pressure. It’s not that I put everything off until the last minute because I’m lazy. Quite the contrary. I tend to plan and re-plan and re-plan again until the very last minute, and then I execute… perfectly. Not to toot my own horn, but a little planning goes a long, long way.
