ordered a shirt from a myspace “clothing company” on december 16
website said all orders shipped out within 2 business days
got an email today, december 28, saying the shirt has been shipped out
i know it’s the holidays and everything, but 12 days? that’s just pathetic.
this seems to be a common trend among several small clothing companies that i’ve ordered shirts from…
am i the only person who makes an effort to ship shirts out on time?

Well it depends. I put up a disclaimer on mine that said I wouldn’t ship shirts out until the 28th because I was out of town. During the holidays I think that there is a bit more leeway for that type of stuff, at least in my eyes.
If you go out of town, some kind of disclaimer would be common courtesy. I’m pretty sure these guys weren’t out of town. They didn’t post anything on their website and they never e-mailed me to let me know the shirt would be shipped out late. The exact same thing has happened with the past 3 shirts I’ve ordered for small clothing companies, and those weren’t even around holiday seasons. Hm.
I made that mistake of taking long to ship shirts it frustrated customers. Never again. 2 days to ship.
